It saved me when I didn't realize my SIM card had run out of data and I wasn't anywhere to top it up, so I asked for Wi-Fi at a café and bought an eSIM. It was easy to install, fast, instant—really great. I didn't use it much, just until I found somewhere to top up my SIM, but it did the trick. I'll probably get another one tomorrow, because I'm running out of data and I'll only be in the country for a few days.

This was one of the most majestic views we’ve experienced - this was but one of the many highlights on our Bali trip. Our Jeep driver (and photographer) , Wayan was amazing! He was so patient, told us where the sun was going to rise from, took so many amazing pictures - he definitely has a photographer’s eye! We’ve added a picture to show his commitment to make sure the pictures were cutesy! And they were!🤏🏻Overall it was a 100/10 experience 🥹🌅

The scenery is stunning, everything is well-organized, on time, no problems, and all the drivers are great! BUT, the island is overcrowded, making it difficult to fully enjoy the views. There are no proper roads, the roads are difficult. We don't recommend renting a bike; we recommend renting a car!

The blue of Sulfur Lake is so beautiful that it can be captured with a phone camera without any filters. The blue lights are artificial; many foreigners don't need them to avoid getting lost, as there are people along the way and small shops for supplies. The climb is strenuous, but our guide was excellent at keeping up with our pace and providing great service. It's worth seeing; it requires a certain level of physical fitness, but if you have superpowers, you could just pay for a Lamborghini and enjoy a painless hike. Booking through Ctrip is reliable, and we tipped everyone in the end, which was the best form of recognition.

I traveled to Malaysia and Singapore. I lost signal only once in Malaysia, but after I turned the eSIM off and then back on in the phone settings, the signal quickly returned. I had no other issues. Overall, the signal was stable throughout my two-week trip. I was very pleased with the quality and highly recommend it! I will definitely use this service again on future trips. It's much cheaper than many standalone eSIM apps, but the quality is better. If the signal from one provider is weak, the eSIM automatically switches to another. This doesn't happen with foreign eSIM apps; you usually stick with one carrier.

Although we were the only participants, we received very attentive service and thoroughly enjoyed the day. There were three snorkeling spots. At the spot known as a sea turtle habitat, we were able to see sea turtles one after another. The coral reefs were also incredibly beautiful and highly recommended. Lunch was prepared by locals on Bukenan Island. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. We were also satisfied with the price. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate in this tour again. Highly recommended.
