It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.★

Very good, basically show the e-ticket, most of Interlaken, Brienz bus, train, ferry, cable car can be used
This year, going to Xuelangfeng is also free of charge for the whole cable car, which is very cost-effective.★

The customer service was always helpful and patient. It was my first time visiting the Jungfraujoch, and I felt uneasy without having experienced it myself. The train, then the cable car, then the cogwheel train, all sounded quite complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying them individually, and the customer service was incredibly detailed and informative. I give it a thumbs-up!Trip.com Picks
