A magnificent museum with many splendid paintings and stunning architecture! The meeting point was very easy to find, and the person handing out tickets was very friendly! There was no wait, which was much appreciated given the crowds! I highly recommend it.

I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.

Entering the Gran Teatro La Fenice and admiring its beauty was extraordinary! With the help of the audio guide (included with the ticket), we then listened to the theater's history, which helped us better understand everything we saw. I highly recommend this tour; it's excellent value for money.


