Purchasing the JR Wide Pass through Trip.com is incredibly convenient. Previously, with other platforms, I had to go to the airport to pick up and exchange the pass, but now I can exchange it electronically and simply show my email address upon arrival in Japan. You get a numbered ticket when you board, and collect it when you get off, plus show the driver your 2-day pass voucher on your phone. The ride is incredibly smooth. A very convenient way to get from Tokyo to Fujikawaguchiko. The bus arrived on time, and the travel time was as advertised. There's a luggage compartment and a shelf in the cabin. The seats are comfortable, with folding tables and a USB charger. It's great that they sent instructions on how to find the exit to the platform for departure. I loved everything about it, and I highly recommend it.
