Reviews: Luggage Delivery: Airport ⇆ Hotels/Homestay in Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Nara

Prompt updates on luggage status, on-time delivery, and very patient customer service. Truly hassle-free! Just a note: if you're sending luggage from hotel to airport, the timing might be a little tight if you plan to have ample time to shop after security. Plan ahead so you don’t rush. Highly recommend having your boarding pass and luggage tag printed beforehand — once you collect your bags, you can paste the tags and check them in right away. Overall, a great service that made traveling from Kyoto to Osaka hands-free and easy. Will definitely use again for hotel → airport!
Reviews: Fukuoka luggage delivery service (between Fukuoka Airport and hotels)
Guest User2024-07-21
This time I arrived in Fukuoka at about 10 o'clock in the morning. Because I wanted to start the trip first but didn't want to walk around with a large suitcase, I decided to make an appointment for luggage delivery service, saving a lot of time and physical strength, but I didn't see the driver at the scheduled point at the beginning. Later, I contacted customer service with the line and sent another car over. I just didn’t know that he was waiting for us at the front of the fixed position. He didn’t ask us. We didn’t find the car parked in front of us, because the driver opened the back car and I couldn’t see the license plate number 😂. Seeing that he was suspected of waiting for someone to be lucky, he found out that he was the driver. Although everyone waited for some time, he would still use the luggage delivery service next time.
Reviews: Nagoya luggage delivery service (between Chubu Centrair International Airport and hotels)

I didn't carry my bag, so I looked around and went to the airport. But I don't know about other airports, but Nagoya was not a window at the reception place, but a form that individuals brought to the meeting place. I couldn't clearly know the status of the progress and when I arrived, so I had to wait for over an hour anxiously. Even though I responded well at the trip call center, I returned home safely after receiving my luggage. When you use it, it would be better to register the line first and contact.
