Director Nie's service was quite good, deserving full marks. However, if I were to rate it solely based on the attitude of the telephone customer service, I would definitely give it 0 points for two reasons: 1. I remember booking the tour around early July, a full month in advance. I originally thought that booking so far ahead would allow Ctrip to make better arrangements and the price would be cheaper, but in reality, the price kept dropping, with a difference of over 1000 yuan. Of course, this is my own fault for booking so early, but I still felt a bit unfair, so I contacted customer service hoping for some compensation. After a long discussion, all they offered was points... I was dissatisfied with even a tenth of the price difference, and to make matters worse, their tone was terrible. Finally, I lost my temper and refused to accept it. When customer service pressed me repeatedly, they actually told me to admit I voluntarily gave up the compensation, so they wouldn't be held responsible. What kind of nonsense is this? This upset me for quite a while. Fortunately, the tour guide's service was decent later, so I let it go. Therefore, I suggest that if you book a tour in the future, remember not to book too early; 3-5 days in advance is enough, because the price will drop significantly later, and there will be promotional activities. 2.
