I booked my hotel, train tickets, and attractions through Ctrip, and overall, I felt their service was very good, especially their adjustment of the itinerary, which saved me time. There was a mistake with my return train ticket; they made a hard sleeper instead of a soft sleeper, but after some negotiation, it was corrected.

I usually use a physical SIM card when traveling, but this time I was in a rush and didn't have time to buy one, so I tried using an eSIM for the first time. I thought it would be a lot of work, but it turned out to be so simple – just follow the instructions! The reception is great. It didn't load at startup, which I thought was a problem, so I turned it off and on again, and then it worked. It automatically connects to the network when crossing borders, which is very convenient! After this initial experience, I will definitely buy an eSIM to replace the physical SIM card in the future.
