I booked a day trip to the city on Trip.com. Because the group was unsuccessful, but my time was limited. After communicating with customer service online, the company proved the service tenet of credibility first with action. A special director Mark was arranged and took me to visit all the attractions. When going to every attraction, the director will explain where the main attractions are in the car. I will go there directly when I get off the car. I will worry a lot. Thank you Director Mark.
