Before departure, the company couldn't reach us and eventually called us from an out-of-town number. We then realized we needed to check the information section on cheap.com. Our tour guide on the day was also very warm and friendly. It was cold today, but we were lucky enough to see the ice breaking and the sunset. Thank you to our tour guide!★

Great spots, beautiful nature and we really liked the late departure as it didn't feel rushed in the morning, plenty of time for brekkie before travelling. Our guide Baku was very good. It would have been better if he was explaining a bit more about Hokkaido, the places we visited like why it is called the ceramic tree and overall the culture of Hokkiado.★

Mandy is a great tour guide, keeping everyone in check, we joined her tour on 12 January and also on 14 January, and she was great on both days. The weather was bad, so trip to Ningle Terrace was cancelled but Mandy apologized and gave us more time at other locations. Overall a memorable experience and convenient to travel with tour compared to DIY as no need to worry about transportation. The scenery was too beautiful!★

It's very convenient to purchase on trip.com. Everything is confirmed immediately, and you can pick it up at the designated locations in Hokkaido. The itinerary was well-planned, and our tour guide, Bingbing, was incredibly kind. At the Asahikawa Zoo stop, she personally led us to the penguin parade area, where we found a great viewing spot. Along the way, she also recommended other attractions and local delicacies. The weather was fantastic today, and we visited all the attractions, plus the tour guide gave us 5 to 10 minutes more time than usual. We enjoyed local cuisine and bought some souvenirs we liked. So happy! 😃
