Thank you very much for the fascinating excursion program. This was our first experience on a group tour. Saida is a wonderful guide, very friendly and cheerful. We had a very good driver in a comfortable car. We had no problems whatsoever. We visited four locations: Charyn Canyon, Black Canyon, Kaindy, and Lake Kolsay. We were given over an hour to visit all four locations. This was enough time to explore the beautiful surroundings, but you always want a little more. The timing was respected, and there were no lines or waiting times. The group was from different countries and nationalities, and it was interesting to talk. We also stopped for lunch at a local home and ate plov, local sweets, and drank delicious tea! I highly recommend this tour! As a bonus, Saida played Kazakh folk music on an instrument.About
