Exploring all three islands was really fun, the staff were super friendly and helpful and came to give us a 15 min warning before we left each island. I would say that Sapi island was the best by far and next time I would rather just go there for the whole day. The swimming and beach area was very clean. Manukan island was DIRTY!!! Trash everywhere, even in the water. There were some really nice fish there though but more visible from the jetty. Mamutik wasn’t bad, loads of water monitors to take photos of. Didn’t have enough time to swim there though. Overall the experience was great, the staff on the boat are obviously not in control of the islands, they were great on the boats and with helping on the islands!

The company's yellow kiosk was easy to find. The boat departed on time. We'd booked a trip to just one island, Sapi Island, but it turned out that only the two of us were going to one island that day. The guide was split between three groups (depending on the number of islands). He kindly offered to join a larger group and visit two islands at no extra charge. We declined, however, as we'd planned to visit only one and enjoy our stay at our leisure. After disembarking, we were all picked up without any problems. The island is beautiful, but there's nowhere to lie down. There are lots of people. There are a few fish. There are showers and toilets. Overall, it's worth visiting for a varied vacation. I was unlucky; I got bitten by plankton, and there were a few medks (but it's April, the high season here). I recommend taking a swimsuit with long pants and sleeves for snorkeling – you won't get sunburned or bitten. Otherwise, everything was perfect; it was a comfortable ride from Port Marina.

The customer service team was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions promptly and ensuring I had the best options for my trip. The sutera marina jetty view is beautiful. Many luxury yacht. We have join the parasailing and fly fish. It was awesome experience.

We booked a 2-island boat transfer through Trip.com and had a smooth and enjoyable experience. The departure was from Sutera Habour Marina Jetty, which is much less crowded compared to Jesselton Point, making the start of our trip more pleasant. A WhatsApp group was created the day before departure to keep us updated with all the necessary information — very well organized and it made us feel safe. During the trip, there was a main person in charge assigned to our group who was always available and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly on the islands. The staff were helpful and friendly, and we felt well taken care of throughout. The kids had a fantastic time, and we were lucky to enjoy great weather which made the experience even better. Highly recommended for families looking for a safe and organized island-hopping trip!


