We really enjoyed our Highlands tour with Discovery Scotland Tours. We especially appreciated that the company is family-run, with small buses and a limited number of participants, which makes the experience much more personal and relaxed. Gary, our guide, is the perfect Glaswegian Scot: enthusiastic, engaging and genuinely funny. He shared a huge amount of interesting facts and curiosities throughout the journey, making the long drive feel shorter and very enjoyable. Despite the weather not being on our side, the tour was absolutely worth it and we would definitely recommend it. If I may offer a small suggestion for the future: not all participants are native English speakers, and the Scottish accent can sometimes be challenging to understand. Providing a simple printed map or short written summary with the main points and curiosities of the tour could really help everyone fully enjoy and understand the experience. Thank you, Gary, for a great day in the Highlands!

this was a fantastic day. Bonnie was the perfect guide. She explained everything and made sure we were comfortable with what to expect even before starting. She told us about what was up ahead and stayed right with us and made sure we were safe before moving on. She let us repeat places we enjoyed. The warm wonderful smelling changing towels and hot chocolate at the end were great and the pictures were fantastic. Would definitely recommend Bonnie and River Wild. we did arrive a few minutes early to the meeting point before anyone got there and were concerned we were in the wrong place but right on time Bonnie showed up with her trailer and all the equipment including the bathroom!! Definitely do this excursion !!

What an incredible place!! I loved how it has been designed for the animals over humans, It's not fancy but all the animals are relaxed and happy. I sat for an hour watching a Polar Bear play with his toy in the water, not a care in the world! Coupled with the most breathtaking views, this place is truly magical! Rebecca.

Went on Wednesday 6th August with our coach driver Neil to go to Loch Ness through the Highlands. Scheduled many stops on a long journey, felt relaxed and he gave scottish knowledge and personal experience every so often throughout the trip. Was comical enough for a Scot. We had really nice weather (2 days earlier the wind was closing down high streets!). Plenty of chances to take photos. Although there were many to get on the boat at Fort Augustus, we were able to get a decent view of the Loch. Saw the monster, was about to take the photo, but she dipped back down into the water! Typical! Would highly recommend Neil for a trip into the Highlands, safe driver - even bought me the 2nd best drink in Scotland - an Irn Bru!

Although it is an English tour guide, the explanation is very clear, the content is detailed, the itinerary is compact, and it is not delayed. The tour guide does not say a word or a lot of words. The service attitude is very good. Let our day trip be perfect! Thank you Trip.com for providing such a foreign day trip, which makes us feel very intimate! Next, we will continue to participate in a day trip!
