Was a lovely place to spend time with lots of different animals. They are all so well looked after and you can feed the kangaroos if you get there in the morning. The food in the cafe was sensational. Some of the best pancakes I have ever had and the gift shop is heaven. Was a great day

The crew were great, provided informative commentary and found us many whales! We managed to catch a breach and many pec slapping moments! Our original slot was cancelled due to rough weather but it was so easy to reschedule, really grateful for the staff at Trip who was helping. I'm so pleased, loved the whole experience!!

I really wanted to visit two national parks at the same time and see the glowworms. I booked this tour as soon as I saw it. The tour guide was very experienced, provided a lot of information, and even took the initiative to help tourists take photos. I received very comprehensive service. The tour was packed with attractions and full of surprises. It was the most fulfilling and rewarding day I've had since arriving in Australia. I am very grateful to the tour guide.

I really enjoyed the trip. Jamie, the driver, told us about the places and plants we visited. He's a local and speaks good English. He also pointed out 2,000-year-old trees and stopped so we could see a baby paddymelon kangaroo. The company provided a muffin and a drink of our choice. It was very pleasant. The views are stunning, including Byron Bay. The whole trip was fast-paced, and by 3:00 PM we were back at the hotel and still had time to go to the beach.
