The trip was well organized. They loaded the suitcases themselves. Passports were taken at border control and handed back on the boat, shouting out the names of the countries of our beautiful planet!

My English isn't very good, and I'd never been to Langkawi before, so I didn't know how to get to Koh Lipe by boat. Finding my bus and boat tickets through this company was like a dream come true, haha. The customer service was excellent; they responded quickly to any questions, which made me feel very safe. The Pak Bara pier itself is very simple. The Ploysiam check-in desk is easy to find. We got tickets with our voucher. Boarding the boat was quick, but there were a lot of people, making it very crowded. Luckily, we made it in an hour, and we were lucky with the weather! There were no waves, so everything went well.


