Very convenient! Go to the second floor, collect your tickets, and fill out the Thailand arrival card. Sample forms are available to help you fill it out, and the staff will patiently assist you. Remember to board the boat later, as the large boat will transfer to a smaller one. Try to get a seat towards the back of the first small boat, so you'll be the first one to arrive on the island and avoid long queues for immigration. Get your passport back first, then proceed with immigration.

Awesome customs! When else will you be able to swim across from customs and go through passport control in a swimsuit? Everything was quick and easy, we loved it!

My English isn't very good, and I'd never been to Langkawi before, so I didn't know how to get to Koh Lipe by boat. Finding my bus and boat tickets through this company was like a dream come true, haha. The customer service was excellent; they responded quickly to any questions, which made me feel very safe.
