Booking went smoothly, and we received a QR code via email. On the appointed day, we arrived at the pier and obtained boarding passes at the ticket office using our QR code. Boarding began 10 minutes early, and the ferry departed right on time. The cruise to Koh Phangan took exactly 30 minutes, and disembarking was also quick. We were pleased that two company employees approached us on the ferry and quickly arranged a transfer from the ferry to our hotel on Hard Rin Beach for 400 baht for two. A taxi was already waiting for us upon disembarking, and we arrived at our pre-booked hotel in 25 minutes. Overall, the trip was very comfortable.★

A perfectly organized trip! They picked us up from the hotel, took us to the pier, gave us something to drink, fed us, and then we were off! Everything was explained clearly, even with my limited English. We arrived back on time and were dropped off home. Thanks for the trip!Trip.com picks
