Great very friendly, first time doing one of these great experience very friendly staff and explain everything to you. Very relaxed got back to the hotel and just felt great will pop back the day before we leave

Unfortunately, I have to deduct a few points because the transfer didn't go quite as smoothly. After the TUI employee at the hotel took care of it, we left an hour late. The staff there were very friendly, and the experience was well worth the money; you could relax and unwind wonderfully.

The overall experience was amazing, the staff were lovely and friendly and we had the best massages of our lives. It was truly a wonderful day and we both felt particularly spoiled. Just please make sure you let people know pick up location is outside hotel gates. We missed our first pick up because of unclear instructions. The spa were amazing in helping us when I called up to explain this though.

We all really enjoyed the trip, the day went as planned, very well organised. The volcano was interesting and much bigger than anticipated. Just the right amount of time needed to walk down to it and back again. Mandraki was quaint and charming, a little more time there would have been lovely. We would recommend the trip.


