The pickup service driver was great, but I'm not sure if the Chinese travel agency that runs this program handles things well. First, after applying for the discounted pickup fee, I was contacted later that it didn't apply when I applied for pickup alone and that I had to apply for the sea tour as well. However, I didn't receive any information about the increased cost or refunds for applying for the separate fee, and I also didn't receive any information about the sea tour product. They only told me later when I asked about it. I think the Chinese travel agency should create a website that allows categories that don't apply to the individual fee to be applied as a package in advance. I was very upset, but thanks to the kind Thai driver who picked me up, my mood improved again.
