This sim works but it really lags and sometimes load very slow. I am able to use Alipay and DiDi app though its slow. If I tried to watch thumbnail videos on YouTube it plays then spins then plays again. As for making voice calls on WhatsApp, its no good because the call keeps freezing and reconnecting and the signal is too poor. I will not buy again, as Trip.com has better options.

Bought to get myself a local number. Worked ok but as others have said sometimes the data slow. One time my Alipay just wouldn't work so had to enable a different Trip recommended sim instead. Through the Nihao app you can pay to keep the nunber forever. Then if you return you renew in tha app and get 30GB and 15 days for the price I paid for 7 days. If you want to order any food or get a metro pass in Beijing its pretty essential.
