Extremely, extremely, extremely satisfied.
Mr. Ding contacted us a day in advance to understand the itinerary and passenger situation. On the day of the trip, he was waiting for us downstairs at the hotel almost 30 minutes early. My itinerary included three elderly people over 70 years old, and Mr. Ding assisted them each time they got on and off the bus. Especially after our visit to the Stone Forest, he waited for us at the exit and drove the car to a location closer to the exit, making it easier for the elderly to get on the bus with less walking. The lunch spot he recommended was clean, tidy, and reasonably priced.
In short, the elderly were very satisfied with the itinerary arrangements.★

Great experience from start to end. Our driver was punctual and communicated often on wechat prior to pickup to efficiently deliver our party of three to the Stone Forest scenic area. She was able to share some interesting facts about Kunming while on the drive. Due to great organization of the company we were able to seamlessly connect to our experienced and knowledgeable English-speaking tour guide at the Stone Forest. While showing us the forest he confidently spoke of the local history and lore of the area and guided us as we took a route which avoided most of the crowds. Stopping often at the most significant sights. After completing the tour we were guided to our already waiting driver for a pleasant ride back to our hotel. Again a great experience from beginning to end.★

Awesome tour and great atmosphere out there in the cave and stone forests. Polite driver gave us useful information and tips about those locations. And on our way back he also did some recommendations regarding Kunmin’s local areas and places to visit.
