The new train was okay. My boyfriend is tall, so we booked separate compartments. For me, I'm an easy sleeper, so it was comfortable, but my boyfriend said it wasn't as comfortable because the compartments are short, and he had to curl up his legs all the time.★

It seems the bed sizes vary depending on the vehicle. When I came from Hanoi to Sapa, the length was 180cm, so it was fine, but when I went from Sapa to Hanoi, the length was 165cm, so it was slightly uncomfortable; however, I definitely recommend the sleeping bus.
