Fantastic excellent guide superb knowledge it was a great day out the guides name was Suje I think that’s spelt correctly. Unfortunately the ferry was slowed so we all arrived latter from Tenerife but she packed everything in well worth the money

Fantastic day with Arjane, our friendly guide! Magnificent scenery at the viewpoints, along the road to Roque de los Muchachos, and on the mountain itself. Breathtaking views. Her explanations were excellent and very interesting. 30 minutes at the market would have been enough, and an hour at the Roque would have been better.

The guide from the bus stop at the Hotel Melia until the transfer to the 4x4 bus could have been omitted; he only spoke to the driver and otherwise served no purpose. This was also true after the transfer from the 4x4 bus to the bus for the return trip to the Melia Hotel. The guide during the volcano tour, the actual excursion in the 4x4 bus, was excellent! It was very informative and entertaining! Thank you for that! We also had great respect for the bus driver; he was truly excellent! We expressed our appreciation to both of them with a generous tip.

An incredible experience. The guides Alessandro and Christian are truly talented and fun. They gave us safety instructions for the quad and how to drive it, and then we set off for Teide. The scenery is incredible, and we stopped halfway to take photos, grab a sandwich, and learn about the National Park and the Canary Islands.

Great walk, pitty of the weather, but that the guide can't help, does he! Great explanations, even drawings made instantly in the ashes to explain visually what he said. Great experience for me (48) and daughter (14)
