I 1000% recommend the tour with Olivia and our driver Cheng. Olivia reflects truly the spirit of a great tour guide, helpful, great vibes, and specially she really cared that each one of us had the greatest experience, even though our group and families in the tour were not that easy to handle! Joanne was awesome… there actually was a little chaos from another group requiring tribal police intervention, yet Joanne was great in adjusting to the situation… client service is easy till there is an issue… and when handled professionally during a challenge is when I see true commitment
