The trip with Mary and David was amazing! They were entertaining, nice and thoughtful of every passenger. The guide helped every single member of the group take amazing pictures and also consider our preferences when serving an early lunch! Overall, one of the best experiences we had with a guided tour! We saw so much in such a short time as we can definitely recommend this tour! Thank you again!

It was a true pleasure to have Luis on this excursion. A very enjoyable day with exceptional service. The Horseshoe Bay is beautiful, as are all the places we visited. The trip was very pleasant thanks to Luis's attentive service at all times. Thank you so much for sharing this day with us and being part of this great trip.

The canyon and tour guide (Carson) were great, 5 stars! The overall management of Kens tours leave much to be desired. I paid for and recieved confirmation of a 1200 tour months in advance to accommodate our other vacation requirements. At the last minute I received a text saying due to overwhelming interest I had to be moved to a later tour. Why I had to was never explained. I was just told If I wanted to see these wonders I had to change or they'd refund my money. Very unfortunate. No other reason or excuses, basically their canyon their rules so take it or leave it. I was able to rearrange our other scheduled things and was able to change. Terrible customer relations in my view, and I understand this practice is not a rarity with them. I would however, recommend anyone see these natural wonders just be prepared for sudden changes.

The location itself is great and one should see it. It's definitely worth to be seen. But the organisation should be improved for the money that is being paid. We waited more than 35 minutes in front of the canyon to get in. Way to many groups/ people were able to book at the same time. Less people in general / a day are recommend for a better experience. That would of course as well mean to except less earnings. And that is the problem I guess.
