In Bali, everything worked, flew smoothly, the signal was good everywhere, and there was plenty of data. In Shanghai, the reception was sometimes a bit spotty and it didn't fly very well, but that's more likely a problem with the towers in China. It was difficult to connect, or rather, activate, because there was no internet. We tried using the local Wi-Fi, but support helped and everything was resolved. A very low-cost eSIM worked well. Except in KL, where the internet speed was sometimes slow. But it was fine for what we needed. Maybe because it wasn't 5G Ultra. It worked in the jungle and on the islands. I never contacted customer service.

Everything's great! The connection is excellent in Thailand and Vietnam. Installation is simple, and the instructions are clear. I've been using it for several days now!
