We arrived 45 minutes before departure. We upgraded our reservations to tickets. Boarding began on time. Departure was delayed by 15 minutes. We sailed via Nusa Penida. The total time to Trawangan was 3 hours.

I arrived an hour before departure. Everything was organized perfectly: after receiving tickets at the ticket office, everyone is given badges with matching lanyards and led in a group to board. I booked a Widjaya speedboat, so I could sit on the upper deck and enjoy the sea and sun, while others were moping in the air-conditioned cabin. For those traveling to Lombok, the ferry makes an hour-long stop in Nusa Penida, where everyone disembarks and checks in again (there's no charge there, as some people say, only if you leave the port and go exploring the island). I recommend booking tickets here.

Booking was easy; the voucher arrived within an hour. It included full instructions on how to find the office and check in for the boat. The office is located about 100 meters from the pier. The sailing was on time, right on schedule, at 11:00 AM from Gili Trawangan. There's an upper deck on board without air conditioning, and there are also air-conditioned inner decks. Free water is also a plus. The boat is large, and we barely felt the waves.

An excellent double-deck, large ferry with air conditioning. I recommend using the proposed transport to the port; it will be much cheaper.

I booked a Tanis from Gili Air to Nusa Penida. They changed my boat to a Starfish, then to a Waterjet. We arranged everything in advance through trip.com and WhatsApp. The boat was on schedule for both departure and arrival. The boat was comfortable and air-conditioned. Thank you 🙏
