The tour guide was very nice, spoke good English, and came right to the hotel to meet me. 🥹🥹 We shared a car the entire day, so we could leave our luggage. If rain is expected, I recommend bringing a change of clothes and shoes; there's no shelter from the rain at many points along the route on the rice terraces. 🙏🏻

Driver Tang was very punctual and responsible. Since many of the hotels I stayed at had similar names, he proactively called me the night before and added me on WeChat, asking me to send him my location to confirm. He was very thoughtful. The tour included tickets to the Jinkeng Rice Terraces, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. As an added service, the driver also asked if we wanted to pay extra to visit the Ping'an Rice Terraces, but unfortunately, we didn't have time. For lunch, the driver arranged for me to go to a restaurant inside the scenic area. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for the area. Even though it's the dry season, the rice terraces were still beautiful, and the weather was perfect for taking photos. Since the other members of the tour group returned to the parking lot early, the driver was willing to cooperate and drive back to Guilin early, arriving back in Guilin at only 5:00 PM! I will definitely use Driver Tang's service again next time.

Three of us went. I liked it. Everywhere they were driving, they said where to go. We only spoke English, but the driver knew only Chinese, despite this everywhere he used translator and cared for the comfort of the money, all explained to us. Pay for convenience first of all, because you can move yourself in this environment difficult, there do not go simply so taxi or buses + without knowledge of language complex. Mega respect, all at the highest level.

Our driver, Mr. Huang, was not only a driver but also a tour guide. He arranged the itinerary very thoughtfully and meticulously. This time, we opted for a small group of eight. Mr. Huang is very experienced and continuously explained the history of the Longji Rice Terraces and the cultural customs of the various ethnic villages along the way. His humorous personality added a lot of atmosphere to the trip. It turns out that people from Guangxi love listening to Cantonese songs, so we played many famous Cantonese songs from the 80s and 90s along the way, which suited our tastes perfectly, making the trip less hectic. We had a farm-style lunch, ordering our own food to suit our budget. Mr. Huang treated us to Guilin chili sauce and fermented bean curd. The bamboo-tube chicken was sweet and tender, the bamboo-tube rice was full of bamboo aroma, and we also had a bowl of mushroom and vegetable soup, experiencing the 100% authentic flavor of farm-style cuisine.
