We booked tickets for Jiulong Lake through Ctrip, and the price was quite reasonable. We were two families with children, a total of six people traveling together. We stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel in downtown Ningbo, about 18 kilometers from the scenic area, allowing us to experience both the city's nightlife and the beautiful scenery. Jiulong Lake is an artificial lake, and the scenic area is quite large, but since we traveled in June, it was still a bit hot, although the air was very fresh. Overall, it was a great vacation choice.

Our driver for the day was Mr Yang. He is an amazing driver and he made sure the trip went smoothly. He is a very kind and helpful person. Even though he doesn't speak English, he tries to make friendly conversation with his translation app and he regularly asks feedback to check if we agree with his plans etc. His driving style is very good, he knows the roads well and drives very steadily so it's easy to relax or fall asleep when you're tired. He has a nice car with a lot of leg space. When we arrived in Jinshanling, mr Yang helped us to buy tickets to access the Great Wall and the shuttlebus, which was helpful. His instructions were very clear so it was easy to find him after we were done hiking the wall. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would definitely recommend. Everything was exactly as explained in the itinerary description 10/10

Mr. Su Debin, our driver, was fantastic. On time, ride was smooth. He also provided us with snacks on the way. We were first on the Great Wall, awesome sunrise. After descending we even have been able to get back to Beijing to catch the breakfast in our hotel.

Robert was fantastic, explained everything in great detail and gave advice. Meeting her at the metro was also quite comfortable and easy. The bus was also comfortable. I highly recommend her; she's always available on WhatsApp, and if you have any questions or concerns, you can easily ask her.

Divina was a great (and hilarious!) guide and made the long bus ride go by fast. I have done other sections of the Great Wall before but really wanted to try Jinshanling and found that this was one of the most reasonably priced and easy to schedule tours to do so! Would highly recommend and definitely will consider other Zanbus tours in the future!

A wonderful experience! Our driver was knowledgeable and drove in a comfortable way (unlike many others), he did not seem to be in a rush.
