Milica's expertise in history was evident, and her patience with our photo-taking, especially considering my young travel companion, was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend both Milica and this tour, particularly if you're short on time in Serbia—it's the perfect way to experience the essence of the region. Milica's professionalism as a tour guide was exceptional, matched only by her friendly and approachable demeanor. She effortlessly navigated complex historical narratives, making them accessible and engaging. She mentioned the perceived complexity of Serbians, but her warmth and openness made our interactions effortless. The initial setup was a bit confusing, but I set it up the day before my trip to Spain began, and it was great that I could use it right up until the day of my trip, just as I had planned. The signal was weak only at one restaurant in Madrid, but it worked well overall in Madrid, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Segovia, and Nerja, so I think I will repurchase it if I need it again :D I haven't used the customer service, so I can't comment on that.
