The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Due to the weather, which was no one's fault, we did not get to complete the tour. We did not make it to the rain forest. Puerto Rico closed the rain forest due to flooding. Since we only toured Old Dan Juan, the tour company kindly issued a refund.

Our tour guide Jose was absolutely amazing! From the moment the tour started, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome. He shared so many interesting facts that made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. What really stood out was his passion and enthusiasm—it was clear he truly love what he does. He was patient with questions, kept the group engaged, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time.

Highlight of the whole trip. The guides were fantastic - funny and conscientious. The trip tested the kids (9yo and 14 yo) with rock water slides, cliff jumps and rope swings but there was difficulty levels for all ages. Everyone in the family said this was their favorite day of the whole trip. Highly recommended.


