The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Due to the weather, which was no one's fault, we did not get to complete the tour. We did not make it to the rain forest. Puerto Rico closed the rain forest due to flooding. Since we only toured Old Dan Juan, the tour company kindly issued a refund.

He shared so many interesting facts that made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. What really stood out was his passion and enthusiasm—it was clear he truly love what he does. He was patient with questions, kept the group engaged, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time.
