Communication with the operator was smooth; they created WeChat groups for order managers, vehicle managers, passengers, and drivers, ensuring timely communication. The coordination between drivers in both locations was excellent, making the trip convenient and efficient. Furthermore, the minivan can seat six people, which was very convenient for our group of six, and the price was reasonable.
