Reviews: [Official Ticket] Skyliner Keisei Electric Railway Ticket [Tokyo Airport Express: Narita International Airport - Ueno/Nippori]
Guest User2026-02-23
I recommend the Keisei Skyliner! It's a direct, no-transfer service from Narita Airport to Ueno, the fastest route in just 40 minutes, offering a comfortable and hassle-free journey. While it's a bit more expensive than regular trains/access trains, you get the shortest travel time, the best riding experience, and guaranteed seats. If it's your first time in Tokyo and you're staying near Ueno, this is the optimal solution. Choosing transportation based on your destination is always a good idea.

Purchasing a Seibu Railway One-Day Pass on TripAdvisor is an excellent choice. Ordering is very convenient, and there are discounts for paying with a credit card. This time, I used the Seibu Railway One-Day Pass to travel to Hanno City and see famous attractions along the way, including metasequoia trees and a magical cottage that looked like something out of a fairytale. These were truly unique experiences.
Reviews: [Official Ticket] JR Tokyo Wide Pass 3-Day (Electronic Redemption Voucher)

We queued at the JR Green Counter at Narita Airport to exchange our tickets. We asked the female employee scanning the queue to confirm if we could exchange our tickets there, and she said yes. However, when we got to the counter, the staff said we couldn't exchange them there and had to go to the JR East Travel Service Center across the street. But that center didn't open until 8:30 AM, so we had to wait in line again. We saw many other travelers walking around in queues like us. Fortunately, the staff at the JR East Travel Service Center were very efficient and quickly processed our ticket exchange. They even asked if we had our travel plans and helped us reserve seats for our flights from the airport to Tokyo Station and from Tokyo Station to Echigo-Yuzawa, which was very thoughtful. The ticket price was excellent value, and we were generally satisfied, although the ticket exchange process was a bit confusing.
