We booked the car 1 day before . After booking , we received WhatsApp message from the driver. The driver gave us details and confirmed our booking. The driver pick us up at our hotel on time and sent us safely to Ba Na Hills. We spent whole day in the hill and over the promised return time. Thank you for waiting us, of course they charged us overtime with the little amount. Thank you for the service.★

We hired a Chinese-speaking driver for two days for our family trip, and arranged a van with at least 10 people to Hoi An and Hue. Although the driver didn't speak Chinese, the travel agency arranged a Chinese-speaking tour guide named Yan'er, which we thought was a better arrangement. Having someone to handle everything was much more convenient, as not many people in Vietnam speak English, which made the whole trip very smooth. The itinerary arranged by the travel agency was also just right. 👍About
