We were a group of 9. A lot of time in the van but that is necessary to see all the cultural and natural sights - they aren't just in one place sadly. It cost an additional 400 baht per person for some entry fees but this was communicated well beforehand.★

I had a great time with guide Mr M who took me to several impressive temples in Chiang Mai city centre, the fascinating umbrella making centre and the unmissable Doi Suthep. Mr M provided interesting insights into each site and chose a great restaurant serving tasty local food for lunch. I also really appreciated his advice for the best positions to take stunning photos. I high recommend this tour.★

We had an amazing day, our favourite so far of our trip. Our guide Ronnie has been brilliant, very friendly and knowledgable and made us laugh lots! He messaged us the evening before our early morning pick up to give us all the information we needed. Transportation for the day was really comfortable, air con and reclining seats. The other staff at the elephant sanctuary were all really lovely too, and they take great photos and a videos for you (as does Ronnie). We spent the morning meeting different elephants and feeding them. We also got taken up to the top of Doi Inthanon, and shown by Ronnie how to make a wish using the Buddha as you enter. We also got taken to Wat Phra That Doi Kham, and Wachirathan Waterfall to look around. Amazing day, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you Ronnie! 😊★

The tour itself is good. Unfortunately, we didn't go to the highest point and the pagodas first. In the afternoon, it was cloudy, so there was no view. In the morning, we visited the two waterfalls (definitely bring a rain jacket or a towel, as the spray at the first waterfall is like a shower), and enjoyed a coffee and tea tasting in the village of the White Karen (this was entertaining, albeit very touristy). Lunch was okay (nothing special). Then we finally went up the mountain. The pagodas are worth seeing and beautifully designed. On the way back, we stopped at the Hmong market, where you could buy something. However, I think a 30-minute stop is too long when everyone just wants to get back.★

Our guide, Paul, was great. He was very friendly, funny and attentive. I highly recommend this activity. The hike was very enjoyable.
