What really stood out was Nui's fun and engaging personality - he had us laughing and thoroughly enjoying every moment of our tour. Our driver, Nan, was equally fantastic. Nan's kind and patient demeanor made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our journey. Both Nui and Nan went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. The staff were friendly and responsive. Pick-up and drop-off were very convenient, and the jungle zipline instructors even spoke Chinese and were very child-friendly. Highly recommended!

The entire trip was fantastic. The tour guide was very thoughtful; although the Chinese tours were full, I ended up on an English tour, but they still explained things to me in Chinese the whole way! The customer service was also very helpful; I asked my friend to book online, and they assisted us in joining the same tour group! In short, the trip was very enjoyable, and we had plenty of time to truly appreciate the sights. 😊😊
