The entire booking experience has been hassle free. Everything from ticketing, to the lounge and to boarding has been easy and straightforward. The sleeper train experience was wonderful too. The train was clean and the facilities in good condition. Trang provided excellent support and services. She got in touch with me quickly once the booking was confirmed on Trips and sent me details about the trips. She also sent me the train tickets a week in advance as promised and replied to my message quickly. I will strongly recommend her service.★

A lady was waiting for us near passport control and guided us through a special lane. We were through in just 10 minutes, while the queues at the regular lanes were enormous—easily a few hours’ wait. So, the price we paid was worth every penny.★

Wow , excellent service if you have a connection on a domestic flight like I did , or you don't want to sweat inline with 350 plus people who just arrived. If your arriving after 10am you need this . I bypassed everyone , even priority line . less then 5 minutes I was at the baggage claim . There was a minimum of an hour wait at immigration when I arrived at 2 pm . 5 star service
