Everything was organized to the highest standard, and the ease of booking the transfer was stunning. The prices were quite reasonable. Information about the meeting point, driver, and car was clear. The driver himself raised no questions; he was a professional. My only gripe was that I only received information about the process after contacting support. Although I might have needed to wait a bit longer, I had less than 24 hours left before my flight, and I wanted clarity.
