We really enjoyed the cruise, very relaxing, friendly staff, however the food was a bit disappointing - the quiche had huge chunks of ham in it and wasn't very palatable. An alternative to the banana bread for morning tea would've been appreciated - if you didn't like banana bread, there was no other choice. Drinks were enjoyable. Overall, we would definitely go on another cruise.

Travel is convenient. I like this simple itinerary surrounded by nature. The greenery is in stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast. I feel the temperature has dropped a lot in an instant.

Highly recommend doing this excursion if you’re in Byron Bay. It’s quite a lengthy one, but absolutely worth it. Definitely swim in the creek too, it sets the scene for the rest of the tour. We didn’t take enough food for us so be sure to take some with you, there is a light meal provided though. Our tour guide was really lovely too, helpful, knowledgeable and was radiating happiness. It’s a truly humbling place to be with some really wonderful history and is a great reminder to care for our inner forests as well as the outer ones.

It was a wonderful and lifetime experience for me and my husband. We saw whale for the first time up close and first time we were in the middle of sea. The guide team was wonderful they kept us hook with the whale facts, stories and jokes. We were all laughing, enjoying and working out as well. Would recommend everyone as it was not that scary as it looks 😊


