This day trip was very well-planned and flowed smoothly. The connections and stopover times between attractions were perfectly managed, allowing for complete freedom and eliminating any sense of rushing. Everyone was able to comfortably enjoy the entire trip. Special thanks to our tour guide! Throughout the trip, she was not only warm, friendly, and attentive, but she also catered to all of my family's needs. Her explanations of the attractions were also very vivid and engaging, giving us a deeper understanding of each place.

Our tour guide, Abu, was incredibly professional! Today, we took the wrong exit while visiting Byodoin Temple and missed reaching the shopping street. Seeing this, our guide kindly led us back to the shopping street; we were so grateful for his help. The tour bus driver was also very polite and drove smoothly, making our trip very comfortable.

Apple, our tour guide is friendly and knowledgeable on the itinerary places. She is well prepared before and during the day trip, she personally notified me the day before departure on the trip info, assuring not to miss the embarkation. She did likewise during the trip on the info for places of visit and recommendations as well.

This is basically a free & easy tour with the driver dropping you at the attractions covered in the itinerary. A lot of time to explore on your own. Driver is thoughtful to share different pick-up points at Kiyomizudera area depending on your location/ preference. My family of five boarded the tour at Kyoto and chose to alight in Osaka to continue our trip. Since there was no other guests joining this small group tour, driver was so kind to drop us off right at our accommodation. Vehicle cleanliness can be improved.

This trip was arranged by Lion Travel. Our tour leader, Kelly, provided very detailed information, and the driver was very steady and safe on the mountain roads. Highly recommended! 👍 The itinerary was also very well-planned; there was no feeling of rushing, just a very relaxed pace. The timing was perfect, highly recommended.

The tour guide was fantastic, and the itinerary was very chill. It was much easier and more convenient than taking public transportation to Katsuo-ji and Kiyomizu-dera on my own. The drive from Namba to Katsuo-ji took about 40 minutes, and there was plenty of time to explore the temple grounds for 1.5 hours. Then we drove to Kiyomizu-dera, where we could rest and sleep on the bus and take lots of photos after getting off.
