Josef lead us. Stopped for breakfast . Saw dolphins. Clean beach. Good snorkeling. They made it fun. Hike is not easy on a hot day. Bring $20-30 to enjoy optional items at the beach.

Our rainforest tour with the volcano hike and hot springs was truly an unforgettable experience, and Andy was the absolute highlight of the day. His knowledge of the area, wildlife, and local ecosystem was incredible. He seemed to find every animal imaginable and took the time to make sure we didn’t miss a single thing. Andy was so personable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He never rushed us, answered all of our questions, and made sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and included. We learned so much thanks to him, and his enthusiasm made the entire experience even more special. He went above and beyond to make this tour meaningful—taking time to explain what we were seeing, helping us get great photos, and making sure we were enjoying every moment. If you’re considering this tour, ask for Andy if you can. He truly made it exceptional. We couldn’t recommend this experience more highly!

Really enjoyed all the great information naturalist tour guide Augustine shared with us. It was fun looking through his spotting telescope at various birds and animals. Had a good time despite the rain… then went to thermal waters and really got wet!

The visit to the resort was great, unfortunately I do not recommend booking and purchasing tickets through an intermediary, they can be purchased cheaper on site at the reception.


