I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.

Bangkok traffic is terrible on weekdays, but Ctrip made good arrangements; we flew to Bangkok on the weekend. The only downside was that the group meals were sometimes insufficient. There was no forced shopping, and there were many optional excursions to choose from, depending on your budget. The tour guide service was good. There were 18 people in the group, which was a good number. The Sheraton in Bangkok was truly excellent; the facilities were great, much better than hotels in Phuket.

It was extremely soothing and calming, our punt chauffeur was very skilled at pushing and handling the punt, and a great story teller which added life to the tour. Its very beautiful and scenic, especially on a sunny morning like today, with interesting history and fun stories. I highly recommend this tour and with Cambridge Punt Company. Thank you for your service! Had a great time.

Beautiful tour. Our guide, Chiara, was extremely knowledgeable and very good and interesting (one of the best guides I've ever had). The tour was very exciting, engaging, and useful because seeing those beautiful places with someone who explains what you see and tells you the history of the places and of Venice is something else entirely. It's absolutely worth it, and the price is fair for the excellent service provided and the time and care put into the tour.

I absolutely loved this tour! James was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable of the areas we went & had a great sense of humor. I loved the Cotswolds Villages the most- so beautiful & quaint. Oxford was absolutely stunning! Lots of things to do to keep you busy. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe the entire trip. All instructions for meet up points and time were clear. Highly recommend!
