Roberto was a great guide. He told us the best view points from each town and was very good with making sure everyone knew times and places to meet after each stop. The only issue was that being off season many shops and restaurants were closed for the season. The upside was that it was not too busy. Unfortunately my wife got sick the night before the excursion and was unable to come along.

The gallery is incredible! The architecture, the artwork—there are paintings from floor to ceiling, literally. Not only that, the gallery windows are made of glass, and as you walk down the corridor, you get an impressive view of the city and the Ponte Vecchio. Besides looking at the art in the gallery, I watched the sunset from inside. Incredible. I would go back a thousand times. I didn't use the audio guide; I found it confusing to orient myself and listen at the same time.
