It was a good day with Monica and the excellent driver - unfortunately we had a lot of snow driving up to Saint Moritz- but got there safely - however a lot of snow and icy streets really made it difficult to walk around the town! I thought everything was well planned and thought out well. I should really take the trip in milder weather!

The day was long. I don’t think I would do it again. Too short a time at each stop. Not that it was the fault of the tour, it’s just a long day of driving around with not much content.

I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

Driver Claudio was excellent on tiny mountain roads, making the drive relaxing. Guide Ornella was friendly, knowledgeable and organized. A wonderful day.


