The itinerary was relaxed and incredibly cost-effective! There was Wi-Fi on the bus. The tour guide provided very detailed explanations and answered all my questions. His English was fluent. Most importantly, it was a great deal!

Overall, the trip went smoothly and we visited all the attractions listed in the itinerary. However, the initial gathering and check-in process needs improvement. Upon arrival at the meeting point, it was chaotic because the tour guide wasn't wearing a uniform or badge, making them difficult to identify. After checking in, we were asked to wait on the side for 30 minutes without clear directions. It would be very helpful to have clear signage indicating which queue corresponds to each tour, as many guests were unsure who their guide or driver was until their tour name was finally called.

The tour went according to plan, the sights were interesting, and the guide was very charming. The food wasn't gourmet, but everything was edible, filling, and home-cooked delicious. Perfect for those who enjoy group tours.

I really enjoyed the trip. Our guide, Georgiy, gave fascinating insights into all the places, and we visited monasteries and beautiful natural sites. The Gergeti Church in the mountains was especially inspiring; the views were magnificent! And Anauri, near the Zhinvali Reservoir. Georgiy sang songs in Georgian beautifully and led the tour in both Russian and English. The only downside was the service at the café we stopped at towards the end of the tour. Everyone was very hungry, but even that didn't save us, as the food itself was average, more expensive than in Tbilisi. They forgot to bring me part of my order, which is simply beyond words. However, this doesn't necessarily apply to the guide or the route, so I'm very pleased.
