I was looking for a ferry to the Gili Islands, and there were so many options that I did a lot of research and thought hard before booking. I chose Wahana Ferry because it was known to be reliable, well-maintained, and had good reviews. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the seats were comfortable and spacious, making it a smooth trip from Bali to the Gili Islands with my children. And the round-trip from Gili to Bali was a smooth one. It was a very satisfying trip.★

The ticket voucher was exchanged immediately. The boat departed 35 minutes late and took 2.5 hours instead of 1.5. I don't think the carrier is at fault; it was just the weather conditions.★
