Everything was perfect. The bus was very comfortable, the driver impeccable, and the guide was also very attentive and her narration engaging. The excursion to the castles was like something out of a fairytale: the entire landscape was covered in snow, and the castle visits were beautiful. It's a shame that photography wasn't allowed, but everything was stunning. I highly recommend it.

Everything was wonderful at Linderhof and Neuschwanstein castle! Our guide Dimitri was knowledgeable and very informative with many helpful tips. We decide to take a steep hike to Mary’s viewing bridge and the views were amazing! Highly recommend tour with Gray Line. 😇👍

It was a great experience and using a guide helped us to understand the background to the castle and made the journey so much easier especially with the last minute changes to trains and maintenance Anne got us back safely and made sure to keep on top of these last minute changes and keep the group together
