It works great; basically, just showing your e-ticket is enough. It's accepted on most buses, trains, ferries, and cable cars in Interlaken and Brienz. This year, the cable car to Schilthorn was also free for the entire trip, which was a great deal.

Customer service was very responsive and patient. It was my first time going to Jungfraujoch, and I was a little hesitant without experiencing it firsthand. The train, cable car, and cogwheel train transfers sound complicated. Excellent museum. Really liked the train and car exhibits. I also like the Swiss flavour on train and cog wheel innovation as well as a make of car. The use of models as well as historical items was excellent.
