Reviews: Mysore Palace + Jaganmohana Art Gallery + Devaraja Market = Mysore Heritage Walk

After a fantastic weekend discovering Bangalore with this company, I chose them again for this Mysore Heritage walk. Again, I found the tour and guide (Devaraju) great and the overall experience well worth the cost given the explanations, flexibility, and convenience. In my experience, Mysore has less to offer tourists in terms of major sights, but there are still some must-hit places such as the Mysore Palace and Chamundi Hills that make a day (or weekend) trip to the city worth doing. If you do decide to visit, I would highly recommend hiring Bangalore and Beyond to enrich your trip!
Reviews: Bengaluru: Guided Full-Day Trip to Mysore with Lunch Option
Guest User2025-10-15
We had a wonderful one-day guided tour to Mysore. Our guide, Shiva, was very attentive to our needs and truly a treasure of knowledge — he shared so many interesting facts and stories along the way. He also took us to a lovely traditional local restaurant for lunch, which we really enjoyed. The driver, also named Shiva, drove perfectly — truly five-star driving. Everything was well organized, smooth, and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

So many sights to see! All of that history! Being able to see all of these interesting historic places was fantastic! The lunch was amazing! My guide made sure to accommodate my food preferences, I was just recovering from being sick. The palace was incredible!
