This was my first time using a short-term eSIM overseas, and it was easy to install and use, which was great. I also had no complaints about the signal. Setting it up on my iPhone was very easy, but my husband's Android phone was a bit tricky to set up, so it may be more complicated depending on the model. It was more expensive when I looked elsewhere, so this low price and ease of use are fantastic. I'd definitely use it again. I'm giving it a mid-range rating because I didn't use customer support.★

I was able to quickly install my eSIM card at the airport. The connection is excellent, the internet works great, and I can get through to my eSIM number, but I can't call it; it only works over the internet. After it expired, I couldn't top up my eSIM card at 7/11.★
