If you follow the E SIM installation manual step by step, your phone will soon be able to use data in Japan normally. Previously, I had to carry separate devices like Wi-Fi lunch boxes, but E SIMs are incredibly convenient.

It was a great experience. The package I bought on Ctrip was a great deal, cheaper than buying it directly at the counter, and it even included a serving of takoyaki at the 58th-floor restaurant.
The scenery was also amazing. Highly recommended.

I purchased this when I was traveling to a place in Japan where the connection I normally use is poor. It was easy and convenient. I was looking for a SIM card that only had a SoftBank connection, and I was wondering which SIM card I could get, as all the other ones were either au or SoftBank, but this one only had SoftBank, so it was a relief.

Reviews: Kyoto + Nara Encounter Cute Deer Classic Panoramic one-day tour[Upgradeable to 9-person Small Group Hotel Pickup]

I went on a Kyoto tour with my family in January, and it was a truly satisfying trip.
From the moment we boarded the tour bus early in the morning until the end of the trip, our guide, Haehwa, shared a wealth of valuable information about living in Japan. This was incredibly helpful not only for our Kyoto trip but also for our subsequent independent trip to Osaka.
The tour bus was staffed entirely by Koreans, which made it comfortable. While I was a bit worried about the language barrier, our guide, Haehwa, provided detailed and friendly explanations in Korean, allowing me to focus on my trip with peace of mind. I was surprised by the sheer number of tourists at each Kyoto tourist site, but I was impressed by the tour's well-curated selection of Kyoto's key attractions. We included almost all the places featured on popular Kyoto travel blogs, allowing us to fully enjoy Kyoto in a short amount of time.
One of the most memorable moments for me was when my child left his phone on the tour bus, leaving us in a state of confusion. Even after we had finished our trip and returned to Korea, our guide, Haehwa, was attentive and took care of everything, finding it for us. This must have been a difficult task, and I was so grateful for his kind and helpful approach. This experience has further strengthened my trust, and I definitely want to use this tour on my next trip to Japan. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to Kyoto.

Reviews: JR PASS Japan Kansai Area Rail Pass (Electronic Exchange Voucher)
Guest User2026-01-21
This time, since we were going to ski at Hong Kong Hill, which is quite far from Osaka, we bought this JR Pass, which was very cost-effective. A round trip would normally cost around 6,000-7,000 yen, so this basically saved us half the price. I recommend buying GRP tickets if you're traveling to distant places in Japan, as they generally save you money, and if you buy tickets for multiple trips, they often include some premium fares.
