The caves of Nerja and the stories the guide told were fantastic. Frigiliana wine was amazing and the whole city fantastic to visit.

It was a rainy day. Frigiliana was nearly deserted and few coffe shops and stores were open. Water running down streets. The caves were excellent. Audio guide was helpful and I liked the Pepito version of a young girl describing her experience. If you read Clan of the Cave Bear you will especially enjoy it. Nerja was good for long lunch. We could not see Africa as it was a cloudy day. Rough water. Our guide, Carmen gave us a short walking tour at each stop to get us started. Carmen our driver opened the bus early as we were wet all day from the rain.

At the Caminito the bus group split in two and our group was guided by an official Caminito guide, not by the activity guide. The Caminito guide gave us a lot of info, trivia and funny stuff as well. He was patient enough to take photos of us at the "balcony" and took the tour at a leisurely pace, without hurrying us. The schedule however can be improved (leaving very early from Nerja, but then waiting 30 minutes in Malaga, also at the end of the walk there was not enough time to use the bathroom, buy a souvenir and enjoy a snack, we were rushed to the bus. As for the bus guide, she entertained herself all the way to Nerja very loudly with some tourists while the rest of us were trying to sleep/enjoy some silent time.
